Your Itinerary

Day 1 – Merimbula to Green Cape

Relaxing mid-morning pick-up from your Merimbula accommodation or from Merimbula Airport (see our FAQs for tips on flights). From Merimbula, we travel straight into Eden on Twofold Bay for lunch, before heading south into Ben Boyd National Park. We arrive at Green Cape Lightstation in time for an intriguing commentary on the history of the lighthouse and surrounds. Dinner and drinks are in the heritage listed lightkeepers’ quarters where we will be staying for the night.*

Day 2 – Green Cape to Tathra

This morning we hike a 9km section of the magnificent coastal Light to Light Track, with a refreshing swim and sumptuous gourmet picnic lunch at the end of the walk. On our way north after lunch, we will stop at a secret location for a 2hr guided “Magical Oyster Tour”! We check in to our stylish beach house accommodation before dinner at one of our favourite local eateries.

Day 3 – Tathra to Narooma

This morning we have the option of a 2 hour guided stand-up-paddleboard (SUP) experience, or just enjoying wonderful Tathra on foot or by bike. After lunch overlooking the ocean, we head north through Mimosa Rocks National Park and visit the colourful village of Tilba, including a stop at a boutique Aboriginal art and craft gallery. Our destination is the beautiful fishing township of Narooma, where we can stretch the legs on a secluded beach, before dinner at a seaside restaurant with views to Montague Island.

Day 4 – Narooma to Moruya or Canberra

After breakfast and a walk along the beach, you have two choices:
1. Drop-off at Moruya accommodation, or Moruya airport (for a mid-morning flight).
2. Optional 2hr guided kayak experience or coastal walk, lunch in Batemans Bay, and then a late afternoon drop-off at Canberra accommodation.
